The Company's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KLWin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors or defects in game software, or the accuracy of odds and game data. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability, for which the Company shall not be held liable.

Upon closure of an Account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited.
